Quick diagnostics
Three checks that solve most problems.
- Does the internet work without the VPN? Turn the VPN off and open any site.
- Is the date and time automatic? Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically. A wrong clock breaks encrypted connections.
- Reconnect: turn the VPN off and on, or switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
