Check that the internet works without the VPN.
If iPhone asked to add a VPN and you tapped Don't Allow, tap the button again and choose Allow.
Turn on automatic date and time.
Try another country; if one works, the first one may be blocked on your network right now.
Restart the phone. If nothing helps, write to support with the country and the time.
