Community Guidelines

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. These rules apply to everything sent or published on QuiNVarium — messages, calls, profile names and pictures, usernames, groups and their invite links, stories and stickers.

Not allowed#

• Anything that sexually exploits or endangers a child, including material, solicitation, grooming, and links to such material. There are no exceptions and no warnings: accounts are terminated. See Child Safety Standards.
• Threats of violence, incitement to violence, and support for terrorist or violent extremist organisations.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, and sharing intimate images of someone without their consent.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation of a person or organisation, and schemes that trade on trust.
• Malware, and attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Bulk or automated messaging, and unsolicited commercial messages.
• Selling regulated goods where doing so is unlawful.

How the rules are applied#

We cannot read end-to-end encrypted conversations, so these rules are enforced on what is visible to us — names, pictures, usernames, invite links, patterns of unsolicited contact — and on what people report. Messages from people you have not accepted arrive as message requests, with their photos and files held back until you accept, so unwanted material does not reach your conversations unasked. When a rule is broken we remove the material we host and suspend or terminate the account.

Reporting#

Report an account from inside the application, or write to abuse@quinvarium.ai. For anything involving a child, write to child-safety@quinvarium.ai, which reaches us directly. Reports sent by email are read by a person, and we aim to act on each of them within 24 hours.

Appeals#

If your account was restricted and you believe we were wrong, write to abuse@quinvarium.ai and tell us why. A person will look at it.
