Report abuse or a scam

Blocking#

Any account can be blocked from the conversation or from a message request. A blocked account cannot message or call you, and is not told that it has been blocked.

Reporting#

Reporting tells us that an account is being used to send unwanted or abusive messages. Because conversations are encrypted, a report carries the account that was reported — not the text of your conversation. We use reports to find accounts that many people are reporting, and to act on them.

What we can act on#

We cannot read end-to-end encrypted conversations. We act on what is visible to us — names, pictures, usernames, invite links, patterns of unsolicited contact — and on what you report. Reports sent to abuse@quinvarium.ai or child-safety@quinvarium.ai are read by a person, and we aim to act on each of them within 24 hours. See Community Guidelines.
