Restore or update issues

The twelve words are refused#

• Check the order. The sequence matters.
• Check for a mistyped word; the app accepts only words from its own list.
• Check the keyboard's autocorrect has not changed a word after you typed it.

If the phrase belongs to an account that was deleted, it will not restore anything: deletion is permanent and the account no longer exists.

After an update#

Close and reopen the app once. If a conversation looks empty, check whether message backups were turned on — without a backup, a restored account starts with no history — see Restore on a new device.
