Insufficient fee asset
Add the native fee asset required by the selected network without confusing it with the token being sent.
A token transfer usually requires a separate balance of the network's native fee asset. Owning the token alone may not be enough to send it.
Check what is missing#
- Confirm the network.
- Open Supported networks.
- Identify the native fee asset.
- Review the estimated fee on the send screen.
- Confirm that the fee balance is spendable on the same account and network.
Add the fee asset#
Receive a small amount of the correct native asset on the same network. Verify the receive address and network before transferring it.
If a balance exists but the app still reports insufficient funds, account for the amount being sent, reserved balance rules and a changing fee estimate. Record the exact error for support.
