Report a scam or impersonation
Record and report a fake app, website, account or support message while protecting remaining assets.
Act first to protect the wallet; reporting does not stop an attacker from using an exposed secret.
1. Stop contact#
Do not follow more instructions, install software, share a screen or approve another request. Do not send a “verification” payment to recover funds.
2. Protect remaining assets#
If a recovery phrase or private key was exposed, follow Recovery phrase exposed and move remaining assets using a clean device and a newly created wallet. If only a suspicious dApp approval was granted, review and revoke it using a trusted network tool before reconnecting.
3. Preserve evidence#
Record the full URL, account handle, app-store listing, email headers, message text, public addresses, transaction hashes, dates and screenshots. Do not alter original files.
4. Report through official channels#

Never share a recovery phrase or private key.
Email the report to support@quinvarium.app. The link above fills in the subject so the report can be routed correctly.
Include a concise timeline and state whether any secret, transaction signature or payment was provided. QuiNVarium Wallet can investigate brand impersonation and warn users, but it cannot retrieve assets from an attacker or erase an on-chain transaction.
5. Report to the relevant platform#
Also report the listing, domain, account or advertisement to the platform hosting it. For theft or identity fraud, consider the appropriate local law-enforcement or cybercrime channel. Preserve the report number.
