Pending or failed transaction

Use the network status and transaction hash to distinguish a pending transfer from a failed or replaced action.

A submitted transaction can remain pending while the network processes it. A failed transaction was accepted for evaluation but did not complete its intended state change.

Check the record#

  1. Open the transaction in QuiNVarium Wallet.
  2. Confirm the network.
  3. Copy the transaction hash.
  4. Open the verified explorer link.
  5. Compare the explorer status, confirmations, from and to addresses, and amount.

If it is pending#

Network demand or a low effective fee can delay processing. Do not create repeated transfers to the same recipient unless you understand whether the network supports replacement and what the app is doing.

If it failed#

Read the failure reason when available. The network may still have charged a fee for attempted processing. Confirm that the recipient did not receive the intended transfer before trying again.

If no hash exists#

The action may not have been submitted. Check the app error, connectivity, fee balance and provider status.

For provider orders, use Swap provider issue.
