A purchase is made by a payment partner, not by the app. QuiNVarium Wallet asks the partner for a quote, passes your receiving address and opens the partner's page, where you pay. The coin then arrives at your address in the wallet.

Buy a coin#

1. On the main screen, tap Buy and choose the coin. You can also open a coin and tap Buy under its balance; coins without this button cannot be bought in the app.
2. Enter the amount in the currency set in Settings → Currency, tap a ready amount (100 or 250), or tap 🎲 for a random amount from 50 to 1,000. The amount must be between 5 and 10,000; otherwise the app shows Minimum Amount is … or Maximum Amount is ….
3. Check Provider and Rate. When several providers offer a quote, tap Provider to compare them in Providers. The quote is refreshed every 5 minutes.
4. Tap Continue. The provider's page opens in your browser with the coin, the amount and your receiving address filled in.
5. Follow the steps on that page: identity check and payment. The provider shows the full cost before you pay.

A card payment and the blockchain transfer are separate steps: the coin arrives after the provider sends it.

Provider#

• Card purchases are made with MoonPay under MoonPay's own terms ↗ and privacy policy ↗. MoonPay decides whether to accept a purchase, checks your identity and processes the payment; the app only passes your request and shows the result.
• To show a quote and open the checkout, our service sends MoonPay the coin, the amount, the currency, your receiving address and your IP address (MoonPay checks the country of the request). Card and identity details are entered on MoonPay's pages; we never see them.
• During the beta, purchases run in MoonPay's test mode: quotes are marked “(test)” and no real payment is taken.

If something goes wrong#

• No quotes available — no provider offers this coin or amount right now. Try another amount or coin.
• An error occurred! after Continue — the provider's page could not be opened. Tap Continue again.
• Payment, identity check or delivery — contact MoonPay with the order details from its page. For questions about the app, see Contact support. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone.
