Wrong network
Identify where a transfer arrived when the sender and recipient used different network expectations.
An asset name can exist on several networks. Recovery depends on the network actually used, the destination address and who controls the destination.
Collect facts#
- Transaction hash.
- Network used by the sender.
- Destination address.
- Asset contract, when applicable.
- Whether the destination belongs to your self-custody wallet, an exchange or another service.
If the destination is your wallet#
Check whether QuiNVarium Wallet supports the actual network and whether the same key controls that network address. Do not import a recovery phrase into an unknown tool to chase the asset.
If the destination is an exchange or provider#
Contact that service through its official support channel. Only the destination controller can determine whether manual recovery is available, and it may charge a fee.
